Returns / Refund / Cancellation Policy

As a leading retailer of gifting products, we also follow a well-defined Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy in our online portal, to achieve optimum customer satisfaction. If our customer gets in touch with us through email or phone or chat we will be providing desired technical support /customer service. However, in some cases a product may still be unsatisfactory to the customer for beyond our control, in such circumstances we follow a cancellation or a return policy described below:

How to cancel an order on CongratsINDIA.com?
Orders in processing state are only subjected to be cancelled. But once they are in transit, cancellation policy is not accepted. 

Refund policy
Once the return has been received and verified, we will refund the full payment amount in the same form we received the payment and it is typically done within 10 business days from the date of cancellation. Once refunded, a return receipt confirmation email is sent to the customer. 

Return Policy
If you have complaints about the products that bear manufacturer's warranty, we are requested to bring in the issue to the concerned manufacturer.

While receiving the order, the purchaser shall inspect the product and package for damage before signing any delivery receipt, reject the package and return it to the delivery man. Our customer support executives will issue a brand new replacement at no additional cost. However, please ensure that the product is unused, tag and other packaging remains intact. 

Additionally, if you are not satisfied with the product you can return it, with immediate effect. The product typically reaches to us within 10 business days of the return; once we check the returned goods, we will process your refund. If the item is delivered outside India, the customer will be responsible to ship back the return product to us at her/his own cost as pickup from our end is possible within India only. And since we have borne the shipping charges from India already so any amount paid to us would be refunded after deducting shipping charges.

Apart from that condition specified above, the following items shall not be eligible for replaced or returned.
a) Any item with physical damage caused to the box or to the product.
b) Any item without original packaging, such as the retail box, and other accessories included in the box.
c) Any items without a clear, suitable, un-tampered serial number.
d) Return policy shall not be applicable on perishable goods having short shelf life (Eg. Cakes, Cookies, Chocolates, Flowers etc.)
